Cancellation of Enrollment Conditions

Any bank charges incurred during the refund upon cancellation will be charged to the participant. If the cancellation request is made at least 15 days before the event takes place, the registration fee will be refunded in full.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. For this purpose, the participant must attach to the cancellation request the IBAN of the account to which they want the transfer to be made.

Final bill

The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during registration (in the Billing step).

If you need a pro forma invoice, we can provide you with one so that you can process the payment within your institution's administrative process. When we receive the payment receipt, we will issue the invoice.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include the participant's insurance against accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, material damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out appropriate personal insurance.
