Founding Partner & CEO, Dos Grados

Luis is the founder, shareholder, and CEO of Dos Grados, a company he established in January 2019 and has led ever since with a clear long-term focus, technical rigor, and strategic vision in the energy sector.

‍

He has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the energy and financial sectors. Throughout his career, he has held positions of responsibility in areas such as investment in energy assets, trading, and risk management, developing his career in leading organizations such as Banco Santander, Endesa, Morgan Stanley, and EDF, in international environments including London, Paris, and Latin America, as well as Spain and Portugal.

For three years, he was responsible for renewable asset investment activities at JB Capital Markets, where he led the development of the platform that would later become Dos Grados, laying the company’s strategic and operational foundations.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI, specializing in Electrical Engineering and Systems, and has completed an Executive Master in Financial Risk Management and an Executive MBA, complementing his technical background with a strong financial and business management perspective.
